Here’s a recipe that with all the right foods for clear, healthy skin: Cajun chicken and vegetables.


1 ¼ lb de patates douces (environ 2 de taille moyenne), pelées et coupées en dés

1 pincée de cannelle

1 lb de haut de cuisse de poulet désossé et sans peau, tranché

2 cuillères à soupe d’épices cajuns

1 cuillère à thé d’huile d’olive extra-vierge

10 oz de pois mange-tout ébarbés

2 tasses de brocoli coupé en morceaux

    In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and cook the sweet potatoes for 10 minutes or until tender. Strain and return the potatoes to the saucepan. Mash the potatoes until smooth. Stir in the soy milk and sprinkle cinnamon to taste. Leave in the saucepan and set aside.

    Place the chicken and Cajun seasoning in a plastic bag. Seal it and shake it up to coat the chicken evenly.

    Heat the olive oil in a skillet or a grill pan on medium heat and cook the chicken until thoroughly cooked (about 3 to 4 minutes per side).

    In a steamer, steam the snow peas and broccoli for 2 to 3 minutes. Be careful not to overcook, you still want them to be crisp.
